Our Process

  • After receiving your inquiry, we will schedule a site inspection to learn more about your home and the scope of your project. If you have plans, we will review those and should be able to send a proposal (skipping step 2). If you are still in the discovery phase, we will give a rough estimate of what the all-in project costs will be and refer a designer/architect that we feel would be an excellent fit for your project.

  • After you have selected a designer, the next step will be the conceptual design. At this point your project has some form but is lacking detailed plans. We will review the conceptual design and give an updated quote for the construction costs of your project. This is to make sure that as you begin finalizing your designs, you have an understanding of costs and can make informed design choices.

  • Once the designs are finalized, we will produce an itemized estimate for your project. This will ensure that every aspect of the design is included in our proposal. After the final proposal is approved, we will get a signed construction contract and begin scheduling/planning your project.

  • The pre-production phase includes obtaining permits, ordering materials, and finalizing any selections. Once materials are ordered we can set an official start date for work on-site at your project.

  • Our first step when we begin work is creating a safe and controlled environment. We will install plastic walls and cover finishes that are not being removed. You will be receiving consistent communication from your project manager/superintendent throughout the construction process as well as emails every Friday detailing what was completed and the schedule for the following week.

  • After the work is completed, we will do a final clean and walkthrough so you can begin enjoying your new space!
