I've done two major renovations with Kennon Construction and have had a great experience both times. Ethan is excellent at managing projects to keep them on-time, on-budget and high-quality. Kennon Construction performed the remodel of our master bathroom exactly as we had envisioned it. Even when there were a few snags along the way (no fault of Ethan's, just random things that seemed to come up!), Ethan let us know immediately and offered multiple different solutions and options. Kennon Construction did an amazing job making our home into our dream home. When we set out on the journey to add a main bedroom/bathroom, renovate our kitchen and existing bathrooms, and refurbish some aspects of our older home, I had a lot of worries about how things would proceed. It was a big project and we just had a baby. No need to sweat anything though because Ethan and Jason were so professional and prompt through the whole process. The work was finished on time as promised and it is great quality work. Communication was very well-considered and prompt, meaning we weren’t getting daily questions and problems like we have had with past contractors. There was some planning and selection work at the front of the project for us, but after that, Ethan and Jason had things covered seamlessly. There were a few little imperfections after move-in, and Jason did a great job swiftly addressing the small items we noted, wrapping everything up super quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Kennon for your home remodeling journey. They’re a pleasure to work with and I’m sure we’ll hire them in the future home improvements.
